Behind every child’s progress at Disha is a dedicated team of trustees, administrators, special educators, therapists, psychologists, social workers, and support staff working together with care and commitment.

Disha is established and managed by Meerut Children Welfare Trust through a Managing Committee. The Principal and nominated members of the Trust guide the school’s functioning, while day-to-day decisions are taken by the Principal with support from the committee.
