Complete Special Education & Rehabilitation Support Under One Roof
At Disha, children receive education, therapy, life skills training, and rehabilitation support in one safe and nurturing environment. Our campus is designed to meet the learning, developmental, emotional, physical, and social needs of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our Core Services
Personalized System of Teaching
Every child is assessed individually and placed in a suitable small learning group. Teaching is planned according to each child’s ability, pace, and learning needs.
Multisensory Learning
Children learn through visual, auditory, tactile, and activity-based methods. Educational aids, games, puzzles, and practical activities help make learning easier and more meaningful.
Functional Academics
Our curriculum focuses on useful everyday learning such as reading, writing, communication, money, time, measurement, and awareness of surroundings.
Craft & Cultural Activities
Art, craft, music, dance, celebrations, and cultural activities help children express themselves, build confidence, develop fine motor skills, and participate socially.
Parent Empowerment
Parents are active partners in every child’s development. Disha conducts guidance and counselling sessions to help families understand their child’s needs and support learning at home.

Speech therapy helps children improve communication, language understanding, expression, speech clarity, and social interaction.

Why This Integrated Approach Matters
Children with intellectual and developmental disabilities often need more than classroom education. They require structured learning, therapy, emotional support, daily living skills, family involvement, and opportunities for social participation.
By bringing education, therapy, infrastructure, and parent support together, Disha helps every child progress at their own pace with dignity, confidence, and care.
